What the service is, what it is not, and the arrangements around subscriptions.

Sefirot is a numerology application for mobile and web. It converts a name and a date of birth into numbers by published arithmetic methods, places those numbers on the Kabbalistic Tree of Life, and provides written material about the resulting sefirot drawn from classical texts and modern scholarship.
Numerology is a symbolic system, not a predictive one. Nothing the app produces is a statement of fact about you, your past, your future, or any other person. It makes no predictive claims and should not be treated as evidence of anything.
It is not a lineage, an ordination, a certification, or a teacher, and it confers no status or authorisation of any kind. It is not therapy, medical advice, psychological treatment, legal or financial advice. Decisions you make remain entirely your own. Where our reading of a source is an interpretation — including the mapping of digit roots onto the sefirot, which is ours — the material says so.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, and at least 18 to purchase a subscription or lifetime access.
The chart engine, the interactive Tree, the sefirot, the paths and the letter table are provided free and as-is, with no warranty of accuracy or availability. They do not expire and will not become a trial. We may change or improve them at any time.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval chosen until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from account settings without contacting anyone; access continues to the end of the period already paid for and no further charge is taken.
Prices exclude VAT, added at checkout at the rate for your billing country. We may change prices with at least thirty days' notice to existing subscribers, effective at the next renewal.
"Lifetime" means the operating life of the service, not yours. If Sefirot is discontinued, lifetime holders will be given at least six months' notice and a full export of everything they have written. No other guarantee of duration is given or implied.
Any charge, including lifetime access, is refundable in full within fourteen days, without needing a reason. Refunds are returned by the original payment method.
Reduced or free access is granted on request, at our discretion, without requiring evidence or explanation. It may be withdrawn only in cases of clear abuse — for example, repeated requests used to obtain accounts for redistribution.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Accounts are for one person and may not be shared, though you may of course save charts for other people.
The charts you save and the notes you write against them remain yours. We claim no rights over them, will not publish them, and will not use them to train any model. You may export or delete them at any time.
You may not redistribute or resell the app's written material, republish it in whole or in substantial part, scrape it by automated means, or present it as your own work. Quoting a passage with attribution for discussion, teaching or review is fine and encouraged.
If you send a correction and it is used, we may credit you by name in the revision note for that reading — but only if you have said you want that. Sending a correction gives us permission to act on the factual point; it does not transfer ownership of any longer text you write, which stays yours.
The written readings, the interpretive text, the chart engine, the interactive Tree and the design of this site are our property. The classical sources they discuss are not, and nothing here asserts any claim over them.
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Where an outage is prolonged and material, affected subscriptions are extended accordingly.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
We may update these terms. Material changes are notified to subscribers by email before taking effect, and the date at the top of this page is updated.
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which our registered entity is established, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction — without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available where you live.
